I had a wonderful experience at this budget-friendly place, spending a night in a single room with free WiFi that included a cozy bedroom.

The appartments are very comfortable and fully equipped. You have complete privacy שand control over your vacation, and it is very reasonably priced.

The hotel is certainly within city legitimate area but kind of on the border of it. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram station, 10 minute walk from casco viejo, the old quarter, and 30 minutes from the guggenheim

The apartment we booked had complimentary WiFi and the bedrooms were decent; it also featured convenient amenities like a microwave, fridge, and kitchenware, while the property boasted a great and convenient location downhill.

We were extremely late due to horrendous traffic from Santander to Bilbao. Stuck on road for 4 hrs. To make matters worse, we were hopelessly lost in Bilbao when we did get there as sat nav packed up!. The man on reception was really good. We can't any Spanish so very difficult for us to explain to him. Even though it closes at 9pm, he stayed till 10.30pm waiting for us when he didn't have to so we are very grateful he did. The apartment itself was great. Great facilities, very clean, had most things that you would need for a comfortable stay. All in all we were very pleased that we'd booked it.

Location not fantastic but ok as we were only staying for one night.

The room was tidy and had exceptionally good views. the apartment included a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. - the location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk from Casco Viejo.

Low cost hotel with nice and courteous staff especially the receptionist on arrival. Marvellous location to Casco Viejo. Found in the great area very close to Bilbao for the BIME music festival, and the centre of the old town — Casco Viejo.

I thought the apartment was excellent value for money. It was very modern with 2 spacious bedrooms which were very tastefully decorated. The bathroom was enormous and we had a well equipped kitchen. We were on the quiet side of the complex and nice big windows opened out onto views of pleasant apartment blocks behind. The whole complex is very nicely designed with a very attractive lobby and corridors full of copies of the Chinese terracotta army which I loved. It is only a 5 minute drive into the old part of the city and the receptionist was a very jovial and extremely helpful young man. We had on site parking which was very convenient and not too expensive at 10 Euros a night.

The only negative thing about the apartment is that the air conditioning wasn't working and we couldn't keep the windows open at night as we were invaded by mosquitoes hence it was rather hot inside.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient and kept the place clean. the room was large with an iron, a multi-channel television, and a living area, good views. - We really enjoyed using the kitchen. - the location in a vibrant area was unbeatable and nice.

The location was fantastic - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Appreciated the fairly quiet area very close to centre of town and attractions, the Guggenheim, and the old quarter in Bilbao.

The room is very nicely furnished and big. Equipped with a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. - the location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, 2 km from Casco Viejo.

The apartment was generally very comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. The common lounge area with free wi-fi and the rooftop terrace were fantastic facilities. Close to local bars, a supermarket and the great tram service, which we used several times. A little bit further to the fantastic market and the old town but still walking distance to both.

The only thing we didn't like was the size of the double bed, this was very small and there is room for a slightly larger bed. The bed itself was comfortable, just a bit small for two adults.

Good sized apartments, excellent roof terrace. 10 mins walk to Old Town and Tram Stop that takes you directly to the bus terminal. Very helpful staff.
